Some FAQ

1. Contracts? River Run Designs provides a contact to be signed that details the work to be done, the expectations of the designer, the expectations of the client, the payment method, deadlines of both payment and project and what happens in the event of dissatisfaction, etc., Please be sure to read your contract thoroughly when choosing to sign with our design company.

2. Payment? We have learned over the years that in this field payment in part or full is the only safe way to conduct business. River Run Designs requires a 50% down payment on the project before concept and design will begin and payment IN FULL is required within 30 days of the first payment or before the project is completed, published, or handed over to the client to do with as they so choose. This is non negotiable.

3. Credentials? River Run Design has combined 13 years of experience with the computer, internet, and graphic design, with a near Masters in Web and Graphic design through sessions.edu. Sessions.edu is the first nationally accredited online school of design and is of the highest quality. I am a mere six classes away from my official status as a schooled graphic designer and look forward to putting that piece of paper up on my office wall soon!

4. Requirements? River Run Designs requires the client to provide all information and materials necessary to complete the project. Materials needed must be provided by a designated date, provided by the designer, and of the designated quality, also specified by the designer. If the necessary materials are not provided in time or in the necessary quality the Deadline of the project is moved. For every day late the deadline is moved a day and for completion on the original deadline rush fee(s) will be charged.
